Scan a repository

Run the Pervaziv GitHub Action on a push or schedule. The Action scans the repository revision for that workflow run; it is distinct from the GitHub App’s changed-file pull-request review.

Use the recorded repository revision when comparing or acting on results. Findings identify the affected path and the result metadata available from the selected scanner. Content excluded by the scanner is outside that result’s coverage.

Use the Actions job summary for the result count and Console report link. Use Security → Code scanning for alert-level severity, location, rule and weakness metadata. If Auto Code Suggestion is enabled, review the generated fix pull request before merging. After remediation, run the Action on the new revision and retain that result as validation evidence.
