- Open Cortex and select Sign in.
- Continue in the browser and choose a provider allowed by your organization.
- Complete registration or authentication and any required approval.
- Return to the client and confirm your account is shown.
The client receives an authenticated user session without exposing service credentials. Cortex CLI uses the operating system credential store when available. Browser and mobile clients use their protected platform storage.
If the callback does not return, reopen Cortex and retry once. For a pending or denied account, contact your organization administrator. Never paste a token or one-time callback value into chat.
