Open Chat History on the second device and select the chat. When chat saving and automatic restore are enabled, Cortex restores the available transcript and workflow state for that account.

Capabilities do not transfer between devices. A phone cannot execute a local IDE command merely because the session began in VS Code; return to a connected execution host or use an approved Cloud handoff.

Before approving from mobile, verify the session name, project, revision, requested action and visible arguments. If the device has stale state, wait for reconnection and refresh rather than acting on the cached view.
